I act as a key to unlock the wisdom of your Higher Self by offering an intuitive exchange that can heal, transform, inspire and energize.

My intuitive work seeks to offer assistance in the healing, or rather the wholeness process, in exploring the truths that will align you with your Higher Self, and in bringing the insight that will help you to welcome greater harmony and balance in all aspects of your life.

About Diana Henderson's Intuitive Guidance:
I've been offering intuitive counseling for many years. In the late 1990s, Spirit guided me to expand my work to include conscious channeling. In sessions, I connect with your Higher Self, your spiritual essence, in order to illuminate issues in harmony with your highest good. Guidance also may come from your guardian angels, spirit guides and other Light Beings who assist you in order to enlighten the path before you. My sessions generally consist of a combination of clairaudience (clear hearing of guidance), clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairsentience (clear sensing) and some conscious channeling (direct guidance from your Higher Self).

My focus is intuitive guidance related to soul purpose, personal healing, growth and enlightenment; quite frequently clients may feel a keener sense of direction and determination after session although this truly depends on the person. In many instances, clients have reported a healing on some level.

As a lifelong clairaudient and empath, the tools of the healer/teacher/messenger remain my most cherished gifts in aligning with my own spirit's calling. Clients and students who are here to follow a similar path often find their way to my door in order to get the nudge needed to help them live their purpose. While this is not the only focus of sessions, helping others to live a life aligned with their purpose and in harmony with finding wholeness is a most joyful aspect of my work.

After many years of doing what most would describe as psychic reading, Spirit guided me to focus more deeply on the issues at hand. The emphasis of my work is on intuitive counseling rather than the typical reading style. Sessions are typically in a discussion format with the questions holding as much weight as the "answers." When clients dig into their personal truth to get to the heart of what they wish to illuminate, guidance from the Higher Self can speak more deeply to the wisdom of the soul.

I encourage you to consider and write what you wish to discuss before coming for an intuitive counseling session. I also acknowledge that you already have most of the answers you seek—perhaps just beneath the surface of your conscious awareness in some cases but nonetheless already present on some level. In communication with your Higher Self, I help to uncover and affirm the truth your soul knows.

Intuitive counseling may include guidance related to life issues, information about angels and spirit guides, past lives, aura scanning and more. Please be aware that in seeking illumination to your issues, I connect to your Higher Self, your spiritual essence, which deals with the big picture of how your life unfolds. The Higher Self is not attached to the mundane aspects of life. I use my intuitive insights to fill in the gaps, to translate what the big picture means in terms of your life as it manifests. Your help in that process makes things flow much more smoothly.

I am guided by Spirit during counseling sessions and include whatever comes forth from the Divine. With profound gratitude, in this work as in life, I acknowledge the help, guidance and support of Archangels Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Chamuel, Jophiel, Zadkiel and Metatron, Jesus, Mary, Melchizedek, the Ascended Masters and other Light Beings including my own spirit guides and guardian angels and those of my clients.

In walking my path, over time I've come to resonate deeply with the wisdom in a quotation that I love from Rainer Maria Rilke: "Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is to live everything. Live the questions."

I have felt guided to focus primarily on my cleansing and healing work and limit the number of intuitive counseling sessions I offer. I continue to provide intuitive and cleansing sessions at Dancing Moon Books in Raleigh on the first Thursday of the month, but the large portion of my work at my office and by phone now will be dedicated to energetic cleansing and holistic healing.

The gist of the situation is that, in terms of intuitive counseling, I will see only clients who seek the deeper truths of their souls and are willing to "live the questions" in order to embrace the lessons of their lives and align with greater wholeness.

I firmly believe that everyone is psychic and able to achieve a sense of spiritual connection and also feel that individuals must take an active role in healing themselves. Through DNA Healing Techniques, Reiki training and more, my work focuses on opening individuals to their own psychic and healing gifts and enhancing their spiritual connection. With this goal in mind, I teach classes in Reiki, Angels, Meditation, Crystals and Intuition as well as DNA Activation Workshops.

I am available by appointment at Bodyworks Center of Cary, 1152 Executive Circle, Cary NC (directions). I also see clients at Dancing Moon Bookstore, 1840 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, on the first Thursday of each month. Telephone appointments are available as well but limited to clients who answer affirmatively the questions posed in the blue print section above. I generally begin all my intuitive counseling sessions with a brief clearing of the client's energy field. This process takes only a few (3-6) minutes of the session in most cases. Once unwelcome or detrimental energies are cleansed from the energy bodies, information may be communicated by the Higher Self, angels and guides with greater clarity. While this mini-cleansing is optional, I strongly recommend it for anyone who wishes to receive the highest and best guidance possible. An added benefit in many cases is that clients leave feeling lighter than when they came.
