Healing with Crystals & Gemstones 

Healing sessions often include multiple modalities, and frequently Spirit guides me to use crystals and healing stones for balancing chakras, amplifying life force energy, grounding clients or assisting in opening to healing in particular parts of the body or being.

Crystal and gemstone spreads on the body are always contingent upon each client's needs and ability to handle the crystal energy, which can be exceedingly powerful. No matter which modalities are included in a session, the crystals act as amazing amplifiers that contribute to the energetic resonance and raise the vibrations of those who work with them.

I am available by appointment at The Whole Life Center, 1209 Ridge Road, Raleigh, NC (directions), every Tuesday and also see clients at Avatarian Awakenings in Raleigh as needed at other times during the week. Background:
Perhaps my Celtic and Cherokee ancestry contributes to my enchantment with crystals; certainly my affinity with the healing stones goes back to my early life when I loved to explore and "commune" with nature. As a little girl growing up in a rural setting, I collected stones, hugged them, delighted in their magic and held their wisdom in my heart. Nothing much has changed in that regard!

Although I have read many books on the subject of crystals and gemstones, the majority of my education in working with these jewels of nature has come from the Nature Spirits themselves along with the guidance of my primary spirit guide and ancestor, who was a Medicine Man in his lifetime. I bring to the crystal healing work the knowledge gained during my life-long love affair with stones coupled with my experience as an energetic healing practitioner in addition to the wisdom gleaned from a number of sources.

I've taught classes in Crystals and Healing Stones for over five years and continue to learn new ways our mineral friends can assist us in our journey. The crystals and healing stones have assisted me over the years in meditation, intuitive awareness, journeying and visioning, amplifying energy and intention for manifesting or healing, creative flow, communication, harmony, cleansing and a multitude of other areas. I share some of the insight gained from these experiences in my workshop and make use of it in sessions as guided.

I am a Reiki Master also certified in Therapeutic Breathwork and DNA Activation. My long-time interest in metaphysics coupled with a need for healing led me to the study and practice of many alternative health modalities. I've taken courses in Esoteric Healing, Advanced Energy, Quantum Touch, Chakra Toning, Muscle Testing, Parapsychology, Spirituality, Dreams, Tarot, Medicine Wheel and Astrology among many others. I am licensed by the State of North Carolina in the Art of Healing. In April 1995, my husband and I founded a group devoted to spiritual and psychic exploration. More recently, we began Metatron's Circle channeling group and the Order of Archangel Michael. All are devoted to expansion of consciousness and healing of the planet. I'm also actively involved in the Raleigh, North Carolina, Chapter of Spiritual Frontiers Fellowship, where I serve as Programs Chairperson and Healer/Meditation Board Member. In the past, I've worked as a graphic designer, writer and high school English teacher. I feel that all these areas contribute to the path I walk now as teacher, spiritual counselor/intuitive reader and healing facilitator.

I am available for sessions in Raleigh (and occasionally in Greensboro). Cost for energetic therapy sessions (incuding crystal healing) is $60 for a one-hour, full-body session. A half-hour, targeted session costs $35. Occasionally, I make house calls for homebound clients; the cost for these sessions is $80 (in Raleigh, Garner, Cary, Fuquay-Varina or Apex).
