Meditation Workshop Series

Diana's Guided Meditation Series gives people a wonderful opportunity to bring healing into their lives, release stress and open to intuitive wisdom through meditation. She uses soothing music, voice, channeling and breathwork in this course. Participants can sign up for one or all in the series (usually two hours each) that meets weekly for six weeks. There is a $15 discount to those who sign up for all. Cost is $75 if registering for the entire course or $15 per individual class meeting if attending only part.

Diana is available for classes in Raleigh, Cary, Greensboro and Willow Spring, North Carolina. (Cost involved is based on holding class in Diana's home in Willow Spring, NC (20 minutes South of Raleigh). There is a small increase for classes held elsewhere.)

The Series:

Class 1: Balancing the Chakras with Meditation
Includes an introduction to meditation techniques & a guided chakra meditation. When we clear and balance our chakras, the energy centers through which we access life force for all aspects of our lives and all parts of our physical bodies, we renew the flow of life and divine essence that allows us to achieve vibrant health and balanced, harmonious lives.

Class 2: Opening to Healing: A Channeled Meditation
Includes Channeled Healing Meditations & info on healing through meditation. Channeling offers direct connection to the loving Light, wisdom and healing energy of the Divine. In this class, Raphael and Chamuel, Archangels of Healing and of Divine Love, join with the Feminine Divine, the Unity Consciousness and/or members of the Council of Light channeling energy and voice to hasten your journey to wholeness.

Class 3: Creating a Haven
Through the haven meditation, you create a sacred, loving place to use in meditation for relaxation, sense of safety, retreat, guidance or other benefits. You will meet your spirit guide(s) and/or guardian angel(s) as part of the Haven Meditation and receive a message or insight from them. Once the haven is created, you may return to this sanctuary within whenever you need solace or relief from the pressures of life or when you wish to seek guidance from your Higher Self, spirit guides or guardian angels.

Class 4: Oracle Meditation: Finding the Answers Within
This guided meditation takes you on a journey to visit your inner oracle in order to gain intuitive wisdom & get answers to life questions. See future probabilities, understand past challenges, and receive clarity on current issues. Class also includes a Rune message and a Tarot card meditation.

Class 5: Opening to Joy, Love and Abundance
Includes a channeled meditation and a guided meditation.
Diana channels one of the Light Beings with whom she works for the purposes of inviting love and joy into our lives. In addition, a guided abundance meditation awakens your ability to receive. The flow of giving and receiving, receiving and giving is often the most challenging aspect of our lives. Imbalance in this area can cause financial, relationship and health issues. This portion of the meditation series assists you in restoring balance and offers a tool for maintaining it.
