From Durham/Chapel Hill and points West of Raleigh:
Get on I-40 East toward Raleigh. Take exit 289 (just past the Harrison Avenue, Cary, exit), and continue on the Wade Avenue extension past Blue Ridge Road and past the I-440/1/64 overpass. Just after the I-440 entrance, get in the left turn lane and then turn left at the traffic light onto Ridge Road. After turning onto Ridge Road, Ridgewood Shopping Center (Whole Foods) will be on your right. The Whole Life Center is the third driveway on the left almost directly across from the entrance to the shopping center. The Whole Life Center is in a small light gray building. Turn left into the parking lot and take the driveway to the back of the building to park (another business is in the front of the building). The Whole Life Center is upstairs on the back side of the building. After a hallway turn right into the waiting room and the office is on the right.

From Cary or points South of Raleigh:
Get on US-1 North, which becomes I-440, headed toward Raleigh. Take the Wade Avenue exit (exit # 4), which is just past the exit to Hillsborough Street. At end of exit ramp turn right onto Wade Avenue (headed East toward Cameron Village). Go to the first traffic light and get into the left turn lane; turn left onto Ridge Road. After turning onto Ridge Road, Ridgewood Shopping Center (with Whole Foods) will be on your right. The Whole Life Center is the third driveway on the left almost directly across from the entrance to the shopping center. The Whole Life Center is in a small light gray building. Turn left into the parking lot and take the driveway to the back of the building to park. The Whole Life Center is upstairs on the back side of the building.

From North Raleigh:
Take the I-440 West beltline. Exit at Wade Avenue (exit # 4A) headed East toward Cameron Village. Go to the first traffic light and get into the left turn lane; turn left onto Ridge Road. On the right you'll see Ridgewood Shopping Center (with Whole Foods). Almost directly across from the entrance to the shopping center is the entrance to The Whole Life Center, which is located in a small light gray building. Turn left into the parking lot (it's the third driveway on the left after turning onto Ridge Road), and take the driveway to the back of the building to park. The Whole Life Center is upstairs on the back side of the building.

From Garner/Fuquay-Varina:
Get on 401 North headed into downtown Raleigh. The street name changes several times (Fayetteville Road, S. Wilmington St., S. Saunders St., McDowell St., Capital Blvd.), but you're staying straight into downtown the whole way. Just past downtown, McDowell becomes Capital Blvd. After you get past the traffic lights downtown, be sure you're in the right lane and be on the lookout for the exit to Wade Avenue. Exit to the right onto Wade Avenue headed West. You'll be on Wade for a few miles. You'll pass Glenwood Avenue, St. Mary's Street, Oberlin Road, Dixie Trail and Faircloth Street. Just after the traffic light at Faircloth, you'll see Ridgewood Shopping Center on your right (with Tripps Restaurant and Whole Foods). The next traffic light is Ridge Road; turn right here. After turning onto Ridge Road, Ridgewood Shopping Center will be on your right. The Whole Life Center is the third driveway on the left almost directly across from the entrance to the shopping center. The Whole Life Center is in a small light gray building. Turn left into the parking lot and take the driveway to the back of the building to park. The Whole Life Center is upstairs on the back side of the building. After a hallway turn right into the waiting room.

Directions from Greensboro:
Take I-85/40 toward Raleigh.  (Bear right staying on I-40 to Raleigh when it splits from 85.)  Continue on I-40 East past the Durham and RTP exits.  From I-40, take the Wade Avenue exit, exit 289 (just past the Harrison Avenue, Cary, exit). Continue on the Wade Avenue extension past Blue Ridge Road and past the I-440/1/64 overpass.  Just after the I-440 overpass (traffic light here), get in the left turn lane, and then turn left at the traffic light onto Ridge Road. After turning onto Ridge Road, Ridgewood Shopping Center will be on your right.  The Whole Life Center is the third driveway on the left almost directly across from the entrance to the shopping center.  The Whole Life Center is in a small light gray building (just past the brick dental office buildings).  Turn left into the parking lot and take the driveway to the back of the building to park.  The Whole Life Center is upstairs on the back side of the building.  After a hallway turn right into the waiting room and the office is in the far right corner.
